Initiative: Reduces funding by eliminating one Clerk Typist III
position and adjusting the allocation of one Occupational Health
and Safety Program Supervisor position that is currently split-
funded between the Regulation and Enforcement Program and the
Safety Education and Training Program. This initiative will shift
100% of the allocation to the Safety Education and Training
Program.

Initiative: Reduces funding by eliminating one Clerk Typist III
position and adjusting the allocation of one Clerk Stenographer
III position and one Director of Research Statistics position
within the Bureau of Labor Standards. Currently, the latter 2
positions are split-funded between the Bureau's Administration
Program and Safety Education and Training Program. This
initiative will shift 100% of the allocation to the Safety
Education and Training Program.
