Financial Regulation and establishes the powers and duties of the |
| board, including the adoption of rules and standards governing the |
| installation, alteration and repair of heating, cooling and air |
| distribution equipment and enforcement of those rules and |
| standards. The bill also creates a licensing system for master, |
| journeyman and apprentice heating, cooling and air distribution |
| technicians. |
