Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. 26 MRSA §1082-A is enacted to read:

 
§1082-A.__Principal office

 
The commission shall maintain its principal office in the
Augusta area.

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill requires that the Maine Unemployment Insurance
Commission maintain its principal office in the Augusta area.
