| Sec. 1. Review of inspection requirements. Resolved: That the Department of |
| the Secretary of State, Bureau of Motor Vehicles and the Chief of |
| the State Police shall review existing inspection requirements |
| for vehicles that have been equipped with aftermarket |
| modifications and shall recommend any amendments that both |
| preserve public safety and enhance the ability of such vehicles |
| to meet those requirements. The Bureau of Motor Vehicles and the |
| Chief of the State Police shall report the results of the review |
| to the Joint Standing Committee on Transportation no later than |
| November 2, 2005. |
