Sec. 1. Update current plumbing code. Resolved: That the Department of
Professional and Financial Regulation, Plumbers' Examining Board
shall update the plumbing code adopted pursuant to the Maine
Revised Statutes, Title 32, section 3403-B to the current version
of the Uniform Plumbing Code published by the International
Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials.

 
SUMMARY

 
This resolve directs the Department of Professional and
Financial Regulation, Plumbers' Examining Board to update the
state plumbing code to the current version of the Uniform
Plumbing Code published by the International Association of
Plumbing and Mechanical Officials.
