Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

SUMMARY

 
This bill is a concept draft pursuant to Joint Rule 208.

 
This bill proposes to assign responsibility for the mental
health needs of Maine's elderly to the Department of Health and
Human Services, Adult Mental Health Services Program and to
establish the duties of the Bureau of Elder and Adult Services in
order to comply with this assignment.
