An Act To Protect Victims of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault

SUMMARY
This bill allows a person who has been raped or has been a
victim of domestic violence or has been threatened with domestic
violence and has filed a police report regarding that threat to
carry a concealed weapon unless that person has been convicted of
certain crimes.
