| | | Sec. 1. 20-A MRSA §10907, as amended by PL 1985, c. 779, §51, is | | repealed. |

| | | Sec. 2. 20-A MRSA §10909 is enacted to read: |

| | | §10909.__Guarantee of transfer credit |
|
| | | All credit hours earned at a campus within the University of | | Maine System must be acceptable and transferable to all other | | campuses. |
|
| | | This bill guarantees that any credit hours earned at any | | campus in the University of Maine System must be accepted at all | | campuses and transferable to any campus within the system. |
