| | | A dental hygienist may perform a temporary filling procedure | | without a dentist present if a follow-up appointment with a | | dentist licensed in the State has been scheduled for the patient. |

| | | This bill allows a dental hygienist to perform a temporary | | filling procedure without a dentist present. |
