Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:

 
Sec. 1. 29-A MRSA §1002, sub-§6, ¶G is enacted to read:

 
G.__The certificate of registration for a dealer wrecker
plate must designate the number of damaged vehicles that the
wrecker is built to safely carry.

 
SUMMARY

 
This bill requires dealer wrecker registrations to designate
the number of damaged vehicles that the wrecker is built to
safely carry.
