Sec. 1. Rebuild Frank J. Wood Bridge between Brunswick and Topsham. Resolved:
That the Department of Transportation shall rebuild the Frank J.
Wood Bridge between Brunswick and Topsham by January 1, 2007. By
January 1, 2006, the department shall submit a written report to
the Joint Standing Committee on Transportation detailing plans
for the bridge's reconstruction.

 
SUMMARY

 
This resolve requires the Department of Transportation to
rebuild the Frank J. Wood Bridge between Brunswick and Topsham.
