equal to or greater than $125 per day or the full cost of care in |
| the facility, whichever is less. The insurance must have paid for |
| care for a time period of at least 2 years or until the death of |
| the recipient, whichever occurred first. The bill directs the |
| Department of Health and Human Services and the Superintendent of |
| Insurance to adopt routine technical rules to implement the |
| exception. |
