| | | Sec. 1. 28-A MRSA §1051, sub-§3, śC is enacted to read: |

| | | C.__For purposes of this subsection, the licensed premises | | of a golf club may include, at the discretion of the | | licensee, the buildings and grounds but not the parking lot. |
|
| | | This bill permits the buildings and grounds but not the | | parking lot of a golf club to be included in the licensed | | premises for purposes of on-premises liquor licenses. |
|
