An Act To Create a License Plate for the National Rifle Association

B.__Five dollars to the Specialty License Plate Fund
established in section 469 for administrative and production
costs.
5.__Special fund established.
__The Treasurer of State shall
establish the National Rifle Association Special Programs Fund
into which fees paid for NRA special registration plates are
deposited pursuant to subsections 2 and 4 to fund programs that
offer firearm training and safety and hunter training and safety.
SUMMARY
This bill authorizes the issuance of a special registration
plate for the National Rifle Association that will fund special
programs that offer firearm training and safety and hunter
training and safety.
