| | | 1.__Fee.__The registration fee for trail-grooming equipment is | | $30. |

| | | 2.__Eligibility.__Only entities that have approved contracts | | for snowmobile trail-grooming grants with the Department of | | Conservation, Bureau of Parks and Lands, Off-Road Vehicle | | Division are eligible for registration under this section. |

| | | 3.__Term of registration.__Registration for trail-grooming | | equipment is valid from the date of issuance until the date that | | the equipment is sold or transferred. |
|
| | | This bill establishes a registration fee for certain | | snowmobile trail-grooming equipment. |
