| | | Sec. 1. 8 MRSA §1001, sub-§2-A is enacted to read: |

| | | 2-A.__Automated teller machine.__"Automated teller machine" | | has the same meaning as "satellite facility" as defined by Title | | 9-B, section 131, subsection 35. |

| | | Sec. 2. 8 MRSA §1037 is enacted to read: |

| | | §1037.__Automated teller machines |
|
| | | An automated teller machine may not be located within a slot | | machine facility at a commercial track or a building associated | | with the slot machine facility or within 500 feet of the slot | | machine facility or a building associated with the slot machine | | facility. |
|
| | | This bill prohibits the location of automated teller machines | | within a slot machine facility at a commercial track or within | | 500 feet of a slot machine facility. |
