Sec. 1. MaineCare payment. Resolved: That by October 15, 2005 the
Department of Health and Human Services shall reimburse Henrietta
D. Goodall Hospital for the full amount owed to that hospital for
2002 MaineCare costs.

 
SUMMARY

 
This resolve directs the Department of Health and Human
Services to fully pay Henrietta D. Goodall Hospital for its 2002
MaineCare costs by October 15, 2005.
