Sec. 1. Department of Transportation directed to grant highway access to the Central
Maine Medical Services Cancer Treatment Facility in Augusta. Resolved: That the
Department of Transportation shall authorize the construction of
a new entrance from Interstate 95 Exit 113 roadway to the planned
Central Maine Medical Services Regional Cancer Treatment facility
on Old Belgrade Road in Augusta. Authorization for construction
of a new entrance is contingent upon commencement of construction
of the facility.

 
SUMMARY

 
This resolve directs the Department of Transportation to
authorize the construction of a new entrance from Interstate 95
to the planned Central Maine Medical Services Regional Cancer
Treatment facility on the Old Belgrade Road in Augusta.
