Resolved: That no later than October 15, 2005, | | the Department of Professional and Financial Regulation, Maine | | Board of Pharmacy shall adopt rules pursuant to the Maine Revised | | Statutes, Title 32, section 13722, subsection 1, paragraph A to | | require that prescribers of medication include the written word | | for any number or quantity contained in a prescription. Rules | | adopted pursuant to this section are routine technical rules as | | defined in Title 5, chapter 375, subchapter 2-A. |
