Initiative: Provides for an increase in funds to support
services to dislocated workers and job seekers through Maine's
Career Centers. This appropriation will restore Career Center
system funding to the level it would have received prior to
budget rescissions, and will facilitate the maintenance of
services in the centers. A corresponding deappropriation can be
found in the Governor's Training Initiative program.
