| system for electronic filing of death certificates. Resolved: That the State Board |
| of Funeral Services and the State Registrar of Vital |
| Statistics jointly shall establish a system for electronic |
| filing of death certificates with municipal clerks and with |
| the State. The State Registrar of Vital Statistics may adopt |
| rules to carry out the purpose of this resolve. Rules adopted |
| pursuant to this resolve are major substantive rules pursuant |
| to the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 5, chapter 375, |
| subchapter 2-A. |
