| | | Sec. 1. 17 MRSA §3203-B is enacted to read: |

| | | A person who is licensed in accordance with Title 29-A, | | chapter 9, subchapter 3 and whose primary business is the | | buying and selling of motorcycles is exempt from section 3203 | | as it relates to that person's primary business. |

| | | This bill allows the sale of motorcycles on Sunday. |
