| | | Sec. 1. 12 MRSA §7035, sub-§1, ¶¶C and D are enacted to read: |

| | | C.__Trapping rules must be published separately from | | hunting rules. |

| | | D.__All rules published by the department, including | | advertisements, notices and reminders published in the | | same document as the rules, must be published on paper | | that is uniform in size and weight, except the front and | | back covers.__This paragraph does not apply to rules | | published electronically. |

| | | This bill requires that the Department of Inland Fisheries | | and Wildlife publish trapping rules separately from hunting | | rules and that the department publish rules on paper that is | | uniform in size and weight. |
