| The State Government Information Clearinghouse, referred to |
| in this section as the "clearinghouse," is established to |
| assist members of the public in accessing the resources of |
| State Government.__Each state agency, as defined in Title 10, |
| section 9502, shall designate a person to assist members of |
| the public and shall report this designation to the |
| Commissioner of Administrative and Financial Services or the |
| commissioner's designee.__The Commissioner of Administrative |
| and Financial Services or the commissioner's designee shall |
| maintain a central telephone number for the clearinghouse that |
| members of the public may call for assistance in accessing the |
| resources of State Government. |
