SUMMARY

This bill provides a General Fund appropriation of $951,664 in fiscal year 2001-02 and $950,715 in fiscal year 2002-03 for the Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services for the development and provision of individualized, well-balanced and personally tailored programs for children with autism. This bill also provides a Federal Expenditures Fund allocation in fiscal year 2001-02 and 2002-03 of $548,336 and $549,285, respectively, for the federal match.
