Administrative District No. 1 to pay its bonds, notes and |
| indebtedness in the order in which they were incurred and to |
| establish for each bond, note or other indebtedness the |
| municipalities that were members of the district at the time the |
| bond, note or other indebtedness was incurred. This bill allows a |
| municipality to withdraw from the hospital administrative district |
| and, in the event the district is required to issue an assessment |
| for the levy of taxes, holds the municipality responsible for |
| bonds, notes or other indebtedness incurred while the municipality |
| was a member of the district. |
