| | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows: |

| | | Sec. 1. 12 MRSA §7235-A, sub-§4, śC is enacted to read: |

| | | C.__Commercial shooting areas or game bird suppliers holding | | a valid permit issued under this section are exempt from the | | requirements of subsection 3, paragraph A. |
|
| | | Sec. 2. 12 MRSA §7239, sub-§3, as amended by PL 1983, c. 440, §9, is | | repealed. |
|
| | | Sec. 3. 12 MRSA §7240, sub-§3, as amended by PL 1995, c. 455, §18, is | | repealed. |
|
| | | This bill removes the requirement that game birds possessed, | | propagated, imported or released by game bird suppliers or | | commercial shooting areas be banded. |
