| | 9.__Disclosure of business with state agencies.__Each | Legislator shall identify each executive branch agency to which | the Legislator or the Legislator's immediate family has sold | goods or services with a value in excess of $1,000. |

| | Each Legislator shall list the source of any reportable | liability of $5,000 or more owed by the Legislator or the | Legislator's immediate family, individually or in the aggregate, | and list the major areas of economic activity of that source.__A | supplementary report to the commission must be filed by a | Legislator within 30 days of incurring a reportable liability.__ | The report must identify the creditor. |
