Sec. 1. Appropriation. The following funds are appropriated from the General Fund to carry out the purposes of this Act.

Provides additional funds for the coyote control program. These funds must be used to pay experienced trappers to catch coyotes in areas of the State where coyote predation in deer wintering areas is limiting the department's effort to rebuild the deer herd.
