Sec. 1. 29-A MRSA §2057, sub-§1, ķE is enacted to read:

E.__If an operator approaches an intersection with a lighted traffic-control device that is not functioning properly, the operator shall stop as if the intersection were an all-way stop, unless otherwise clearly marked.
