§5-121. Petition after appointment for instructions or ratification

Petition.
A guardian or conservator may petition the court for instruction concerning fiduciary responsibility or ratification of a particular act.

2.
Instruction or order.
On notice and hearing on a petition under subsection 1, the court may give an appropriate instruction and enter any appropriate order.
