Sec. Z-1. Transfer of funds required. Notwithstanding the Maine Revised Statutes, Title 38, section 569-A, $1,000,000 must be transferred from the Underground Oil Storage Replacement Fund account of the Finance Authority of Maine to the General Fund as undedicated revenue no later than June 30, 1998 and $1,000,000 must be transferred from that account to the General Fund as undedicated revenue no later than June 30, 1999.
