Sec. AA-1. Appropriation. The following funds are appropriated from the General Fund to carry out the purposes of this Part.

Deappropriates funds through the transfer of funds to the Debt Service account from the Debt Service Earnings account. This deappropriation and transfer are a result of interest earnings in the Debt Service Earnings account in fiscal year 1996-97 being greater than originally budgeted.
