§1471-O. Exercise of powers by Board of Pesticides Control
The powers established under the Maine Pesticide Control Act of 1975, Title 7, chapter 103, subchapter II-A, shall be exercised
by the Board of Pesticides Control established by section 1471-B. [1981, c. 112, §2 (NEW).]
