Sec. OO-1. 20-A MRSA §13451, sub-§3, ¶¶B and C, as amended by PL 2003, c. 20, Pt. C, §1, are further amended to read:
B. Thirty-five percent from July 1, 2002 to June 30, 2005 July 31, 2003; and
C. Forty percent after June 30, 2005 July 31, 2003.
