Sec. R-1. Transfer of funds. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the State Controller shall transfer $2,246,374 in fiscal year 2001-02 from one-time funds in the Federal Expenditures Fund Maximus Fund program within the Department of Administrative and Financial Services to General Fund unappropriated surplus no later than June 30, 2002.
