Be it enacted by the People of the State of Maine as follows:
Sec. 1. Appropriations and allocations. The following appropriations and allocations are made.

Initiative: Provides one-time funding for the Sanford vocational center to work jointly with affiliated school administrative units to research and develop programming for a regional career and technical education center.
