§953-A. Document fees

A dealer shall post on a vehicle the dealer is selling any document preparation fee that will be added to the vehicle's sale price. A violation of this section is prima facie evidence of an unfair trade practice and is a violation of Title 5, section 207. [PL 2023, c. 634, §13 (AMD).]
