§2072. Illegal deposit or possession with intent to sell
                  1. 
                                Illegal deposit or possession. 
                                No person may deposit or have in that person's possession any liquor:
                                     
                                
                
                  A.
                                        With intent to sell the liquor in the State in violation of law;

                  B.
                                        With intent that the liquor be sold in the State in violation of law by any person; or

                  C.
                                        With intent to aid or assist any person in an illegal sale.

                  2. 
                                Penalties. 
                                A person who violates this section commits a Class E crime.
