§211. General powers, duties
1.
The superintendent shall enforce the provisions of, and execute the duties imposed upon the superintendent by, this Title.

The superintendent has the powers and authority expressly vested in the superintendent by or reasonably implied from this Title.

3.
The superintendent shall have such additional rights, powers and duties as may be provided by other laws.
