§8. "Authorized," "unauthorized" insurer defined
                  1. 
                                Authorized insurer. 
                                An "authorized" insurer is one duly authorized to transact insurance in this State by a subsisting certificate of authority issued by the superintendent.

                                Unauthorized insurer.
