§853. Commissioner's programs

Programs.
The commissioner may produce or contract for educational television programs.

2.
Fees.
The commissioner may charge a fee from users of the instructional programs offered by an interactive television system.

3.
Dedicated fund.
The commissioner may expend all fee payments from a special revenue account to support equipment, development, instructional and production costs incurred by the department in providing interactive television system programs.
