§5-312

§5-311. Notice of order of appointment; rights

A guardian appointed under section 5-309 shall give to the adult subject to guardianship and to all other persons given notice under section 5-303 a copy of the order of appointment, together with a notice of the right to request termination or modification. The order and notice must be given not later than 14 days after the appointment.   [PL 2017, c. 402, Pt. A, §2 (NEW); PL 2019, c. 417, Pt. B, §14 (AFF).]
