The bill includes
a one-time General Fund appropriation to the Department of Health and Human
Services of $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2025-26 to establish an emergency fund
for children's residential care facilities at risk of closing.
A more recent estimate would require an additional $69,000 General Fund
appropriation in fiscal year 2025-26 for a rate study contract and a Federal
Expenditures Fund allocation for the FMAP match. |
