Fiscal Detail and Notes
The Department of Health and Human Services will require General Fund appropriations of $21,166,082 in fiscal year 2025-26 and $21,518,114 in fiscal year 2026-27 to reimburse providers of emergency ambulance services at the full rate for services provided to MaineCare members. Federal Expenditures Fund and Federal Block Grant Fund allocations will also be required for the FMAP match.
