	The Department of Education estimates the one-time cost of conducting the required survey of school administrative units and preparing the required report to be $5,000.  Because this bill requires the department to conduct the survey and prepare the report within existing resources, no General Fund appropriation is included in the bill.  However, the ability of the department to complete the requirements of this legislation without impacting existing programs and services can not be determined at this time.
