costs to the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, Bureau of
Insurance asssociated with prohibiting a health plan effective on or after
January 1, 2024 from imposing any deductible, copayment, coinsurance or other
cost-sharing requirement for the costs of abortion services are expected to
be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted resources. |
