	This amendment reduces Federal Expenditures Fund - ARP State Fiscal Recovery allocations by $21,977,200 in fiscal year 2021-22 but increases allocations by $1,977,200 in fiscal year 2022-23. It also increases by $20,000,000 the transfer from the Federal Expenditures Fund - ARP State Fiscal Recovery to the Employment Security Trust Fund in fiscal year 2021-22.
