This bill
requires the Governor's Office of Policy Innovation and the Future to work
with state agencies to develop methods that incorporate equity considerations
into decision-making and report to the Legislature. Any additional costs to
the Governor's Office, or to the Department of Environmental Protection and
the Public Utilities Commission to consult with the Governor's Office, are
anticipated to be minor and can be absorbed within existing budgeted
resources. |
