This amendment
adds three members to the advisory board established in the bill, places
limits on the siting of commercial wind projects and authorizes the
Department of Marine Resources (DMR) to share oversite of the Offshore Wind
Research Consortium Fund with the Governor's Energy Office. DMR oversite of
the fund may result in minor costs that can be absorbed within existing
budgeted resources. |
